Ozarba subterminalis is een vlinder uit de familie spinneruilen (Erebidae). De wetenschappelijke naam is voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1910 door George Francis Hampson.^[1]

De soort komt voor in het Afrotropisch gebied.
