Semniomima fuscivenalis is een vlinder uit de familie van de grasmotten (Crambidae). De soort is voor het eerst wetenschappelijk beschreven als Lygropia fuscivenalis door William Schaus in een publicatie uit 1920.
De soort komt voor in Peru.
