Billie Whitelaw (Coventry, Warwickshire, Engeland, 6 juni 1932) is een Brits actrice.

Billie Whitelaw studeerde af aan de RADA (Royal Academy of Dramatic Art). Ze is vooral bekend geworden dankzij haar filmrollen, zoals in Alfred Hitchcocks Frenzy en in The Omen.

Whitelaw was al op de radio te horen toen ze 11 was. Ze maakte haar theaterdebuut in 1950, en haar speelfilmdebuut in 1953. Ze speelt veelal intense vrouwen met slechts één doel in het leven. Op het toneelpodium verscheen ze veel in stukken van Samuel Beckett.

Tussen 1952 en 1966 was ze getrouwd met acteur Peter Vaughan.

Tot zijn dood in 1998 was ze gehuwd met Robert Muller. Ze kregen een zoon, Matthew. Toen Matthew vijf jaar oud was, kreeg hij meningitis. De dokters gaven hem drie dagen te leven, maar Matthew overleefde het. Het kostte hem toch twee jaar om weer volledig te herstellen.
