(na bwc) You are free to create or edit pages on this Wikipedia within reason. Keep in mind that this is the Dutch Wikipedia, so articles need to be in Dutch. Also keep in mind that automatically translated articles are of very poor quality and are subject to immediate deletion.

I am not sure if the English Wikipedia has a restriction in place that prevents new users from making new pages. Normally you can just search for the article you want to create, then click on the red link in the top of the search results if that article does not exist. You then get to a an edit form where you can create your article. Alternatively you can prepare your article in your sandbox (e.g. en:user:DavidWaligora/sandbox), then use the rename feature. Click the arrow next to "History", then choose "Change Title". Rename it to some title in the main namespace. You are also able to ask questions about the English Wikipedia on their help desk, located at en:Wikipedia:Help desk. Sum^?urai8^? 8 dec 2019 11:22 (CET)
