De wedstrijden in Groep B van het Wereldkampioenschap voetbal 2010 zullen worden gespeeld van 12 juni 2010 tot en met 22 juni 2010.[1] De groep bestaat uit Argentinië, Zuid-Korea, Nigeria, en Griekenland.

In de FIFA-wereldranglijst van voor het WK 2010 stond Argentinië op de 7e plaats, Griekenland op de 13e plaats, Nigeria op de 21e plaats en Zuid-Korea op de 57e plaats.[2]

De winnaar van groep B, Argentinië, speelt tegen de nummer 2 van Groep A, Mexico. De nummer 2 van groep B, Zuid-Korea, speelt tegen de winnaar van groep A, Uruguay.
