Hartelijk dank voor uw belangstelling voor Wikipedia! We werken hier aan het ideaal van een vrij beschikbare, vrij bewerkbare, volledige en neutrale gemeenschapsencyclopedie. We waarderen het enorm als ook u hieraan wilt bijdragen! De Nederlandstalige Wikipedia is sinds 19 juni 2001 online en telt inmiddels 2.160.886 artikelen. In de loop van de jaren zijn er voor het schrijven of bewerken van artikelen en voor de onderlinge samenwerking een aantal uitgangspunten en richtlijnen geformuleerd. Neem die als nieuwkomer ter harte. Lees ook eerst even de informatie in dit venster voordat u aan de slag gaat. Geen van de richtlijnen heeft kracht van wet, want Wikipedia is en blijft vóór alles vrij bewerkbaar, maar een beetje houvast voordat u in het diepe springt kan nooit kwaad. Deze pagina, die nu op uw scherm staat, is trouwens uw persoonlijke overlegpagina, de plaats waar u berichten van andere Wikipedianen ontvangt en beantwoordt. Iedere gebruiker heeft zo'n pagina. Wilt u een bericht voor iemand anders achterlaten, dan doet u dat dus op zijn of haar overlegpagina. Sluit uw bijdragen op overlegpagina's altijd af met vier tildes, dus zo: ~~~~. Een druk op de handtekeningknop (zie afb.) heeft hetzelfde effect: uw bericht wordt automatisch ondertekend met uw gebruikersnaam en de datum en tijd waarop u uw boodschap voltooide. It serves the purpose of better quality of images. Old images can have compression artifacts, blurs, grains. SVG images does not, because it is vector graphics and not raster. TohaomgBot (overleg) 30 jun 2017 20:07 (CEST)

We have seen to many problems with people pushing svg images where they were not an improvement. At this size I don't see any problems with the png file, so in my opinion this matches WP:BTNI or in english en:WP:BROKEN. If people active with flags on dutch wikipedia would change it, but not being pushed from outside please. Akoopal _overleg 30 jun 2017 20:12 (CEST)

@Akoopal:, you say it does not become better. Look more attentively:

1. File:Logo of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.png - light blue chunks on the blue part of the band, obviosly jpeg artifact.
2. File:Kolomyia.gerb.gif - separate pixels can be seen with a naked eye.
3. File:Flag of Durazno Department.png - the star in the center is crooked and looks like it was drawn by hand.

If you are saying something about some "flag", I would like to gain it. You can check all my uploads andyou will not find any problem there. TohaomgBot (overleg) 30 jun 2017 20:25 (CEST)

I just want to get an answer how to do it that you are satisfied, but you seem to play a that usual Wikipedia game "I am right because I am a sysop, you are wrong because you are nobody". I wrote a response but you did not answer it, but when I nominated page for deletion you reacted at once, which means you saw my answer but did not bother to continue conversation.

So let's discuss how can I do it right, according to your rules, or otherwise, if you don't want to continue, please, delete this page because I will never use it again in this case. TohaomgBot (overleg) 30 jun 2017 21:16 (CEST)

Talkpages are not to be removed on this wiki, it is relevant to know this discussion was there. At most it is archived if relevant. If you say you don't want to return, it won't be in the way for anything. Akoopal _overleg 30 jun 2017 21:28 (CEST)
