- Removed language fallback hints for dialects to make the UI less cluttered for them and make it less necessary to enter labels and descriptions for them (phabricator:T174318)
- Fixed an issue that links to an item were not showing the label when it pointed to a redirect (phabricator:T96553)
- Unrecognized input in entity selectors will be highlighted in red (phabricator:T170531)
- Added language code fr-ca for monolingual text input (phabricator:T151186)
- Added an additional normalization for page titles when linking pages on Wiktionary via Cognate (phabricator:T172987)
- The API will not only output the hashes for qualifier snaks, but also for main snaks as well as references snaks (phabricator:T174692). Note that hashes (other than IDs) are not meant to be stable identifiers, and should not be stored for a longer time.
- Snak hashes will also appear as part of CSS classes in entity pages (phabricator:T171725)

dank dat je wederom mijn verzoek tot blokkering hebt gehonoreerd.
We zijn nu ongeveer zo'n tiental blokkades verder en óf ze begrijpt het niet óf ze doet dit allemaal bewust. Nou weet ik toevallig dat ze al redelijk bejaard is en dat zou dus pleiten voor het eerste. Ik heb haar al een keer geadviseerd om een coach te nemen (zie haar OP), maar nullo reactie.
De schoen wringt echter ook een andere kant. De Arbcom heeft bepaald dat de maximale blokkade één maand moet zijn en dat lijkt te betekenen dat jij ongeveer iedere maand weer aan de bak moet. En je hebt vast wel wat beters te doen .
De verhogingsregel is wat mij betreft nu wel een middel om beet te pakken, gezien de recente historie. Kun jij dat met je contacten naar de Arbcom bewerkstelligen of moet ik dat overwegen met een nieuw verzoek naar hen toe ??

- Bij het beoordelen van de inhoud van de encyclopedie gaat het er niet om wie wat schreef. Dat Pvt pauline het artikel over de KLM Open 2017 aanmaakte is geen enkele factor in de beoordeling ervan. Medewerkers die geblokkeerd zijn, zijn dat niet bij wijze van straf maar om de encyclopedie tegen kwalijke bewerkingen te beschermen. Als een bewerking niet kwalijk was, dan hoeft er ook niet tegen de bewerking zelf te worden opgetreden. Een blokkering is geen sanctie die gehandhaafd moet worden, en hoe logisch dat ook zou lijken als iemand eenmaal is uitgesloten: Wikipedia heeft ook geen ontmoedigingsbeleid voor het omzeilen van sancties, anders dan een gebruiker opnieuw te blokkeren. Dezelfde procedure is ook steeds gevolgd bij artikelen van onder meer Februari, Menke en Ouddorp: die laatste heeft hier nog heel wat tempels, Wodanseiken en andere plaatsen van aanbidding beschreven nadat hij eenmaal voor onbepaalde tijd geblokkeerd was. What's new?
- This newsletter is the first for the Global Collaboration team!
- Global Collaboration team formed in July by merging the Language and Collaboration teams of the Wikimedia Foundation. The team is part of the Contributors department.
- The newsletter now includes updates about Content translation. The Global Collaboration team now have an extended report (in English), with more information and data about the different projects we take care of.
- Due to vacations and Wikimania, no newsletter has been written in August.
- Major changes, with possibly an important impact on the wikis, are now marked with the star icon in the newsletter. Let us know if you like it.

Recent changes
- Filters for Recent Changes will be deployed by default on all wikis. [1]
- Some features for Recent Changes remain on Beta. See the list.
- The initial deployment was scheduled for September 26. It has been postponed after October 3 for performance issues. [2]
- The filters for Watchlists, as a Beta feature, have been deployed as a Beta feature on Sept. 19. [3]
- "User registration" and "experience level" groups have been unified. It is now possible to select only actions from logged-out users or from logged-in users. [4]

- Delete action on the list of translations is now more reachable. Now it's possible to open it on click, and easier as well, because active area is bigger. [5]

Recent changes
- Flow has been re-scoped to become Structured Discussions and the development has restarted. Phabricator projects and repositories have been renamed. [10]
- Administrators on wikis that use Structured Discussions as a beta feature or by default can now create and move Structured Discussions boards. [11]
- Structured Discussions' help pages have been updated. Translations may require updates as well.
